Human Connection at Harvard
3 years ago I took a leadership communication course at Harvard Extension School.
Today, I got to return, but this time as a guest lecturer on the power of meaningful human connection.
The audience generously shared their personal experiences and it’s clear that we all are facing a unique set of challenges with our teams and organizations.
If we can double down on empathetic curiosity and ultimately out-care our competition, powerful relationships can be built in any context.
