MPI's 50th World Education Congress
MPI’s signature event World Education Congress took place in San Francisco this month and their team extended the invite to share the Every Conversation Counts message as their opening keynote. If there’s one word to describe the experience, it would be ‘moving’.
As we look at the opportunities to create deeper connections in this new era of events, this keynote talked about trust, empathetic curiosity and how to create the relationships that can change someone’s life. The response from the audience was honest, raw and heartfelt. I will never forget what they shared with me after the session was over.
