Mark Busse, Host of Creative Mornings Vancouver recently reached out with an invitation to share some ideas on identity. Given the new career focus and that Simon Fraser University was where I finished my business degree back in 2002, it was instantly clear this homecoming was the right space to speak about how self-definition is a lifelong process.
Two questions that have helped lead a constant evolution of identity have been: “Who are you?” and “Who do you want to become?” Understanding the evolving void between those two points over the years has created some memorable experiences. This was a very personal conversation on how connection and creativity can unlock your future identity.
