Coping with Grief and Loss (One Powerful Question To Support)

This week is a very personal video that introduces one of the most powerful questions you can ask someone that is coping with grief and loss.

When I lost my father suddenly last fall, it was an overwhelming feeling and in many ways, still is. Someone told me that death is a date on the calendar and grief... is the calendar. So very true. Thanks to a valuable conversation with a grief counsellor months ago, I learned what can make a profound difference during a devastating transition.

My hope is that this video supports you to help others heal and share something special about the people they have loved and lost.

Hoping you stay safe, healthy and connected.
